2021 Town of North Reading COVID-19 Pediatric/ 3rd Shot Booster Clinics
CLINIC DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO VACCINE AVAILABILITY
- Friday November 12, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm @ North Reading Town Hall
- Saturday November 13, 2021 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm @ North Reading Town Hall
- Clinics will have COVID 19 vaccine (Pfizer only) for children age 5-11 & COVID-19 Adult Vaccination and 3rd Shot booster only (Pfizer & Moderna Available). No influenza.
- NO walk in’s will be accepted. Pre-registration is required.

- The scheduling link for 2nd doses will be released after the first dose clinics have been completed

- 3rd dose COVID vaccines will be available for immunocompromised residents at least 28 days after their last dose of an mRNA vaccine.
- COVID-19 Booster shots will be available based on the guidelines below:
- A single booster dose of COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered at least 6 months after completion of the primary series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine to individuals:
- 65 years of age and older
- 18 through 64 years of age at high risk of severe COVID-19
- 18 through 64 years of age with frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2
- A single booster dose of COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered at least 2 months after completion of the single-dose primary Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) COVID-19 Vaccine regimen to individuals 18 years of age and older.
- Each of the available COVID-19 vaccines as a heterologous (or “mix and match”) booster dose in eligible individuals following completion of primary vaccination with a different available COVID-19 vaccine.
- A single booster dose of COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered at least 6 months after completion of the primary series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine to individuals:
- Please bring your medical insurance and COVID-19 vaccination cards to the clinic
- COVID vaccines are free for all regardless of insurance coverage
- If you have insurance please bring both your medical and pharmacy cards
- If you have Medicare please bring your red, white, and blue Medicare card
- For children under the age of 18 a parent does not need to be present, but the child must bring a consent form signed by a parent/guardian to receive a vaccine
- COVID vaccines are free for all regardless of insurance coverage
North Reading residents can still get an Influenza, Adult and Pediatric COVID-19 vaccination and COVID-19 booster shots at the following North Reading locations;
